Free Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

• In-stock items ship within 2-3 business days.

• Made-to-order items ship within 5-7 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and typically arrive within 2-5 business days after shipping.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Delays

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated processing time, we will contact you with an updated estimate. You may cancel your order for a full refund.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information has not updated for 7 days or your order arrives damaged, please contact us at dizaprods@gmail.com.

Include your order number and, for damaged items, a photo of the product. We will work to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Address changes can only be made before your order ships.
